Shipping Method
Canadian Customers
We use a freight borker so shipments will come to you via Canpar, DHL, Purolator, FedEx or UPS. Typically, orders arrive to Western Canadian locations in 1-3 business days with orders to eastern locations arriving in 4-8 business days.
Some of our orders will ship from our US Freight Forwarder. These are shipped DUTY/TARIFF FREE!!! These products are clearly marked as shipping from our US warehouses.
American Customers
For orders received from our American customers, orders are drop-shipped direct from our US Suppliers or our Freight Forwarder. We drop-ship US orders via FedEx and usually see a 2-4 day turnaround time. At this time we are pleased to announce that US custoemers will receive FREE shipping!
Local Shippments
For shipments into the greater Edmonton Area, we reserve the right to change the order to "Warehouse Pickup". Free shipping will not apply to local shipments. This includes Edmonton, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park and Leduc.
Out of Stock Items
For our RC Depot inventory, we are a small shop and only carry the essentials in open inventory. We order every Monday morning and have been seeing our orders arrive that same week; but this does depends on customs. Assume that out of stock items will take 5-10 business days to get into your hands.
For our Full-size Jeep customers based in the USA, Clayton carries high inventory levels on their lift-kits and offer a quick turnaround time. Orders are processed the same day they are received and Clayton will ship product to you the next day.
For our Canadian customers, to keep our prices as low as we can, all our product is shipped to the US border the last week of each month. Our order cutoff is the 15th so any orders received prior to that will be avaialble for pickup or shipped to you the last week of the month. Orders received after cutoff will most likely be cycled to the next month. We can have emergency orders shipped direct to us, but you will be responsible for the freight charges.
Returns
We do not offer returns on product that has already been shipped. All sales on shipped product are final! In the case of items that are not regularly stocked, any back-orders that have already shipped to us from our supplier is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Running Changes/Discontinued SKUs
In the case of a running change of a product (discontinued SKU), we will replace the ordered product with its replacement product at no extra cost. Manufacturers are always doing their best to deliver the most current product and we want to ensure you get the latest and greatest parts into your hands. If, in the rare circumstance that you do not want the newer product, as per our retrurn policy, returns will not be accepted. You will unfortunately have to deal directly with the manufacturer to exchange your product with the discontinued item.
Defective Products
We do however stand behind our products; any defective merchandise is handled quickly and efficiently. We either put you in direct contact with the manufacturer or we take care of the defect ourselves. Whichever method is faster and get you, our valued customer, fucntioning product quickly.
