Canadian Customers

We use a freight borker so shipments will come to you via Canpar, DHL, Purolator, FedEx or UPS. Typically, orders arrive to Western Canadian locations in 1-3 business days with orders to eastern locations arriving in 4-8 business days. Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • Orders containing Hauler Bags: $100 (Does NOT qualify for FREE shipping)
  • Orders containing LiPo Batteris: $17.49 (Qualifies for FREE shipping)
  • Standard orders: $13.49
  • FREE Shipping on orders OVER $250 (With some restrictions)
  • Warehouse pickup remains FREE!

Some of our orders will ship from our US Freight Forwarder. These are shipped DUTY/TARIFF FREE!!! These products are clearly marked as shipping from our US warehouses.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a smaller shop we cannot afford to sit on massive amounts of inventory. What we do instead, is ship as much as we can by air. This ensures very fast turn-around time. On the product detail pages you will notice that we indicate estimated times of arival. 

These ETAs are from our weekly order cutoff of Monday mornings. Given the climate of importing products from the United States there will be exceptions but typically our Monday orders arrive between Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

Our suppliers carry large inventories and typically everything is available & in-stock. To keep our prices as low as we can, all our product is shipped to the US border the last week of each month. Our order cutoff is the 15th so any orders received prior to that will be avaialble for pickup or shipped to you the last week of the month. Orders received after cutoff will most likely be cycled to the next month. We can have emergency orders shipped direct to us, but you will be responsible for the freight charges.

 

American Customers
For orders received from our American customers, orders are drop-shipped direct from our US Suppliers or our Freight Forwarders in Oregon & California. We drop-ship US orders via USPS, FedEx or DHL and usually see a 2-4 day turnaround time.

Canadian Customers

American Customers
For orders received from our American customers, orders are drop-shipped direct from our US Suppliers to you using UPS in 1-3 business days for customers in Eastern USA & 3-5 business days for cusomers in Western USA.

Local Shippments

For shipments into the greater Edmonton Area, we reserve the right to change the order to "Warehouse Pickup". Free shipping will not apply to local shipments. This includes Edmonton, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park and Leduc.

 

Packing Slips

 

This might be an odd item to include in our shipping policies but each of these come from lessons learned. On all large, complex orders we include packing slips. This helps us reduce the chances of errors on our part.

"But I don't want my wife to see how much I spend!"

Too bad; stop being a little bitch! We include packing slips to ensure no mistakes are made. 

 

Returns


We do not offer returns on product that has already been shipped. All sales on shipped product are final!

In the case of items that are not regularly stocked, any back-orders that have already shipped to us from our supplier (but have not been shipped to you yet) is subject to a 25% restocking fee pending approval.

The one exception to our return policy is any product that has not yet shipped to us can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

This might sound a bit extreme, but we are a small shop and have to keep our operating expenses at a minimum so that we can continue to pass those savings onto you, our valued customers.

Running Changes/Discontinued SKUs

In the case of a running change of a product (discontinued SKU), we will replace the ordered product with its replacement product at no extra cost. Manufacturers are always doing their best to deliver the most current product and we want to ensure you get the latest and greatest parts into your hands. If, in the rare circumstance that you do not want the newer product, as per our retrurn policy, returns will not be accepted. You will unfortunately have to deal directly with the manufacturer to exchange your product with the discontinued item.


Price-Changes

We always try to keep our prices as low as we can; we have less over-head than larger shops so we are able to run tighter margins. We treat every customer like a VIP and give each and every one of you the best deal possible! That being said, we do have to stay on-top of the currency; and we make sure that we're just as agressive at changing our prices when the Canadian dollar increases as when it tanks. 

We also adjust prices as our suppliers make new pricelists available to us. Sometimes prices drop; and in some cases a price can drop days after our customers may have submitted an order. Unfortunatly we do not have a price guarantee in situations like this. We'll do our best to make it right but we don't give out refunds for past orders.


Defective Products


We do however stand behind our products; any defective merchandise is handled quickly and efficiently. We either put you in direct contact with the manufacturer or we take care of the defect ourselves. Whichever method is faster and get you, our valued customer, fucntioning product quickly.
